So when I got engaged I thought, “this is my time to shine!” However, this was shortly followed by some questions, and quite a few DIY ideas for florals, with no one to keep me from adjusting place settings in my wedding gown an hour before I-Do’s! I knew then there was a gap to be filled in my and similar brides’ wedding planning experiences. By stepping into my purpose of being in service to others, as well as my simultaneous knack for both project management and aesthetic, I’ve launched CKSE Events to support like-minded Brides through their planning journeys.

We may not have all landed ourselves in a creative career by definition, but I strongly believe in the opportunity to find honest, self-representation through other channels. Engagements, weddings, and the events in between are special opportunities for couples to represent themselves in food, music, apparel, flowers and additional details. CKSE Events is focused on empowering our couples’ creativity and alleviating what’s left to be done behind the scenes. But if you are looking for some design inspiration along the way, we can certainly provide that too!

CKSE Events is motivated by the way we can make people feel from thoughtfully curated moments and experiences. It is not only important to make the Bride & Groom feel special, but to also help them communicate their love and appreciation for those joining them in celebration.
