CKSE Events is created for the Bride that is design and planning inclined while seeking organizational guidance and expert opinion. We are best fit for Couples that have selected venues with or without in-house coordination but rather find themselves in need of regular, detailed consult on when certain tasks should be completed, coordination of vendors & guests, & an extra set of hands in fulfilling your personalized wedding day details.

CKSE Wedding Management Package Includes:

• Contract review with executive summary of correlating design & planning considerations

• Planning timeline & checklist

• Monthly check-in calls

• Ceremony rehearsal coordination and attendance

• Creation of day-of timelines

• Management and execution of day-of timeline

• Bride and Groom concierge

• Determined event setup and break down support

• Vendor arrival, setup and departure coordination

• Guest needs & questions support

CKSE Design Supplemental Package Includes:

Available for weddings of 75 or fewer, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and other non-wedding intimate events. It is not required that CKSE also be hired for your Wedding Management to contract for this package.

• Mood board & design outline

• Budget development & monitoring

• Vendor, venue, & material coordination (prior & day-of)

• Access to CKSE Events inventory

• Day-of attendance including agreed day-of setup, breakdown, & event flow execution
